Replacement Policy

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

You are eligible for a replacement if your item is defective, damaged due to our own errors, or if you received the wrong item.
Please note that we do not accept refund or exchange requests.

You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged due to our errors, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement request on sale items or gift cards.


No Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your replacement has been approved.
